Orvia Mail is a macOS mail client. You may use the App Store version of Orvia Mail on your own Mac. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or bypass App Store / StoreKit purchase mechanisms.
Orvia Mail Plus, Orvia AI, and other App Store subscriptions shown at checkout are charged to your Apple account and renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends, the subscription may renew. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refund eligibility, time limits, amounts, and settlement timing for App Store purchases are determined by Apple, your purchase region, and applicable law. Sign in at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, choose Request a refund, and follow Apple’s process; Orvia cannot approve or issue an App Store refund on Apple’s behalf. Classic is a one-time license sold through the website. The installer includes a seven-day local trial for evaluation only; it does not create a refund right. Unless the checkout page expressly states a refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise, Classic sales are final and Orvia does not offer a general voluntary refund guarantee. For duplicate or unauthorized charges, or activation failures that remain unresolved after reasonable support, contact hello@orviamail.com promptly with the order number (Stripe or Waffo Pancake) and purchase email. We review the order, license status, and applicable policy; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or message content.
AI credits are a prepaid usage balance for optional AI features, separate from software licenses and subscriptions. Credits come from an eligible Plus subscription (1,000 per UTC calendar month for each active Apple Plus source) and, where the in-app store lists it, from one-time packs of 500, 1,200, or 3,000 credits; packs do not auto-renew and by default do not expire, and the actual product, price, currency, and taxes are those shown at checkout. Credits are held by your Orvia account and shared across Classic, the Mac App Store edition, and iPhone where the applicable source allows; restoring a purchase or linking an account does not refill a used cycle and cycle credits do not roll over. Refunds follow the original purchase channel and its process; an approved refund recovers unused credits from that order, never creates a debt, does not offset other orders, and does not reduce future purchases, and Orvia does not approve or issue Apple refunds on Apple's behalf. A shortfall of credits pauses AI features only and does not affect sending or receiving mail. Credits purchased in a test channel (for example, TestFlight or sandbox builds) work only in that test environment and never count toward the production balance. Deleting your Orvia account ends access to that wallet; payments that arrive after deletion still attach to the original order and are not moved to a new account. Do not buy credits through unofficial channels.
Gmail follows the same mailbox rules as every other provider: free, trial, monthly or annual Plus, Classic, and classic_mail users can add Gmail within the ordinary mailbox allowance—no Gmail-specific eligibility required. Normal Gmail removal retains the original binding for recovery, while a different Google identity uses a separate binding; comprehensive deletion requires explicit confirmation and a successful deletion readback. A refund or lapsed purchase no longer pauses an established Gmail connection; Google revocation, identity conflicts, or deletion states can still stop access under their rules.
Do not use Orvia AI to create illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, malware-related, or security-bypassing content, and do not overload the service through automation.
Orvia Mail’s Privacy Policy explains what stays on your Mac, which features may use cloud processing, and how to turn off cloud AI. By using Orvia Mail, you acknowledge those data processing rules. Keep your own backups of important mail and data.
To the extent permitted by law, Orvia may suspend, restrict, or discontinue some services for security, misuse, nonpayment, refund or revocation, changes to third-party policies or services, or operational reasons. Suspension or discontinuation may stop Gmail access; it does not change the identity boundary of each Gmail binding. Except for an express checkout promise or applicable law, it does not create a refund obligation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvia Mail, Orvia AI, Gmail access, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for express promises or warranties that cannot be excluded by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available service, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliable operation of third-party mail providers, Apple, Stripe, Waffo Pancake, Google, networks, operating systems, or devices. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; review it before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, business interruption, data loss, or damage caused by third-party services. For the same event, Orvia’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Orvia for the relevant service during the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights that consumers retain under applicable law.
