Common questions

Is Standard a limited demo?

No. Standard includes the complete core flow for one currently supported non-Gmail mailbox: receive, read, organize, search, write, send, privacy protection, and local rules.

Does Plus make AI mandatory?

No. Core mail and local rules work without AI. AI assistance is optional; cloud AI needs explicit authorization, can be disabled per mailbox, and remains subject to privacy and provider limits.

Can I use Gmail after paying?

During testing, Plus annual subscribers receive one Gmail testing eligibility. Everyone else can use Gmail after public release.

How is Classic different from Plus?

Both unlock multiple supported mailboxes. Plus is the most complete subscription path with device continuity and optional on-device or redacted cloud AI. Classic is a local-first one-time purchase for Mac, does not enable cloud AI, and has its own license and update channel.

Does server search cover every folder forever?

No universal promise is possible. Search can continue into older or not-yet-downloaded mail and may include archive, spam, or trash where supported, but permissions, retention policy, folder semantics, and current connection state determine the actual range.

Why is iPhone continuity still waiting for release acceptance?

Source and automated checks are not the same as a public promise. iPhone becomes public only after the matching client, App Store state, real-device acceptance, and production readback are all ready.
